1. Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we may not offer a full refund or exchange unless covered under warranty.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging including manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.
- Installation or obvious signs of use may void eligibility.
2. Non-returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Used or installed equipment.
- Gas pipes, regulators, hoses, or safety fittings once installed.
- Electrical items that have been tampered with or connected incorrectly.
- Perishable or consumable parts (filters, bulbs, gaskets, seals).
- Gift cards, downloadable manuals/software, and clearance or “as-is” items.
3. Warranty & Defects
Items with manufacturing defects within the warranty period may be repaired or replaced. Damages caused by incorrect installation, power issues, misuse, or lack of maintenance are not covered.
To start a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos or video of the issue.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email or phone about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and issued to the original payment method (M-Pesa, bank transfer, etc.). If rejected, the product will be returned to you.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- The product is not in its original condition (scratched, used or dented).
- Parts, accessories, manuals, or packaging are missing.
- Damage caused by the customer during transport, installation, or use.
- The return request exceeds the 7-day period.
6. Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier and purchasing shipping insurance.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your M-Pesa or bank account.
- Contact your bank or payment provider (processing may take a few days).

9. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.
