• We offer delivery within Nairobi and across Kenya.
• Delivery timelines depend on location and product availability.
• Customers must inspect products on delivery or collection before signing.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

6. Warranty
